Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell oral care products, how returns work depends on whether the item has been opened.

Unopened, unused items
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return of any unopened, unused item in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at team@jusumi.com. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Opened or used oral care items
For hygiene and health reasons, water flossers and tongue scrapers cannot be shipped back to us once they have been opened or used. This does not leave you stuck. If an opened item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will make it right with a refund or a replacement, and in most cases we will not ask you to return the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away at team@jusumi.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate it and resolve it.

Non-returnable items
Beyond the hygiene exclusion above, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to start a return on the eligible item and, once it is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we approve your refund, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not seen your refund, contact us at team@jusumi.com.
